4. Spedizione e consegna

5. Diritto di recesso (solo per clienti UE)

In conformità al D.Lgs. 206/2005, il cliente ha diritto di recedere dall’acquisto entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione del prodotto, senza obbligo di motivazione.

  • Restituire il prodotto integro e completo di confezione

  • Le spese di spedizione per il reso sono a carico del cliente

Rimborso: entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione della merce restituita.

  • 24 mesi per i consumatori privati (UE)

  • 12 mesi per le partite IVA e clienti business
